D'rorah appreciated that Niobe was being thoughtful regarding her time. Certainly, it was a precious resource to her these days. [blue]"It is not a bother, Miss Blakes. I shall ensure that my own business is properly attended to."[/blue] She began making her way up the moving staircases, attentive to their changes so they would end up in the Ravenclaw common room without too many detours or delays. She made an effort to walk beside the younger student, rather than in front of her or behind her.
[blue]"You may have to find me occasionally. I sometimes become entrenched in my research to the exclusion of all else. I have previously been advised that it would be beneficial for me to find additional pursuits to occupy my time..."[/blue] she trailed off thoughtfully. She was definitely interested in these dreams now, but certainly didn't want to make Niobe sick to explore them. She debated with herself for several moments, thinking she might broach the subject of monitoring Niobe's sleep. She couldn't convince herself that that was a good idea, however. No matter how she asked the question in her mind, it sounded disturbing.
As they finally made it to the fourth floor, she looked over at Niobe. [blue]"I hope you will be able to rest well tonight, but if the nightmare recurs, please come my dormitory. It is very likely I will be awake, so there is no need to worry about disturbing my sleep... in fact, it would be best to check the common room first."[/blue] She arched an eyebrow at the brass knocker as they approached, waiting for the usual rude barbs she received along with the riddle. Tonight, however, she was spared from the frustration. The door opened as they approached, allowing another Ravenclaw to exit the common room. D'rorah caught the young man with her piercing eyes. [blue]"I do hope, Mister Cassela, that you will have returned for the curfew... considering that it begins in a mere fifteen minutes. I would prefer not to have to search the corridors for you."[/blue] The young man scowled and headed off with a muttered promise of his return. D'rorah held the door for Niobe, gesturing for her to proceed through the door.
