Gat was slowly walking down the streets of hogsmeade. He was looking for the perfect place to purchase some lunch. It was the weekend so the streets were packed with many people. It was quite a bright and sunny day. Gat walked past “The Three Broomsticks”, when someone apparated directly ahead of him with a very loud pop. Gat had no idea who this was so, as usual, he just pushed him out of the way and kept walking. A small cry escaped Gat’s lips as he fell face flat on the concrete ground. He felt his body, but it was not responding. His body was twisting and turning into many uncomfortable positions causing him much pain. It was the cruciatus curse. Gat’s shouts of pain echoed throughout all of Hogsmeade, though the torture did not stop.

The man said with great satisfaction and joy on his face. Gat’s cries were getting softer and softer as he ran out of breath.
[glow=red,2,300]“I’ll hunt you all down until your whole family has been wiped out. After you there is one more.”[/glow]
Gat had no idea what he was going on about. Or who this other family member was. All Gat knew at that exact moment was that he was experiencing great pain. Then, as suddenly as it started, it stopped. Gat could no longer rise or speak. The man still had his wand pointed at Gat on the ground.
[glow=red,2,300]“AVADA KEDAV…..”[/glow]
The man was about to finish the killing curse when……

No particular destination in mind, Alex strolled luxuriously through one of the many side streets of Hogsmeade. His thoughts were whirring through his mind; at times jumbling together to create one large, incomprehensible road block, at other being completely separate entities, able to be differentiated quite clearly. He had visited Dylan earlier in the morning, to view him in his convalescence. The condition of the poor boy had been, to say the least, quite dumbfounding. And it angered him more than anything that the culprit had been someone who dared to roam the halls of Hogwarts after such an atrocious act of contempt toward another human being.
Making his way through the throng of weekend shoppers, he heard the unmistakable sounds of torture coming from up ahead. His body springing into action, he weaved and ducked through the crowds even as his mind adjusted, becoming alert and focused. Withdrawing his wand as he flew through the moronic people of Hogsmeade who had stopped to do nothing, he saw a small group of panicked women running in the opposite direction screaming. Everyone seemed largely focused on protecting themselves in any way possible; no-one seemed to want to incur the wrath of the perpetrator by helping his victim.
Spotting Gat Soldier twitching upon the ground, his mind did an instantaneous calculation. He knew, for D’rorah had told him, that Gat was aligned with the Mage. In all aspects, Alex should leave him to his fate; one less opponent to deal with later. In his heart, however, he knew that he could not simply stand by and allow him to be murdered. Hearing the beginnings of the killing curse, his wand arm flew up and he silently cast the stunning spell. He did not think to spare the time it would take to utter the incantation, so he simply thanked that he was rather adept at his silent magic. The man was knocked against the side of the nearest building, unconscious. “Incarcerous,” he muttered quietly. At once, thick ropes emerged from the tip of his wand, wrapping around the offender. He largely expected the man to be gone by the time he returned, but it could not hurt to bind him anyway.
Crouching down, he lifted Gat into his arms and twirled about himself. At the moment, his first priority was to just get the boy away from danger. Feeling the familiar feeling of being contracted and expanded, he soon found himself outside of the Hospital Wing. Entering with Gat still in his arms, he laid the boy down on the nearest bed, not particularly caring to alert Madam Aku to their presence. Noting the curtains were still drawn about Dylan’s bed and thanking that immensely, his attention turned to Gat. “Are you alright?”

Gat had fallen unconscious with the sudden stop of pain. His body ached all over. He didn't even feel himself being lowered onto the bed.
[glow=red,2,300]“Are you alright?”[/glow]
As soon as the voice was heard, Gat's hand shot up. It grabbed him on the shirt.
"You killed my parents. I will murder you. I will kill you. May you die a thousand deaths of great pain and suffering. And when you get to the place after death, don't forget to ask my parents about that prearranged marriage." Gat's eyes were open. Though he was unconscious. His eyes glowed a bright green. He was not in control but something else was.
"You gave me a lifetime of hatred and misery. You cannot escape me." Then Gat's hand loosened and fell. His eyes stopped glowing and became their normal greenish color before closing. Gat was no longer moving at all.

Ariana walked into the Hospital Wing to Professor Archer and Gat who was holding on to the fount of his shirt yelling. Once Gat had passed out Ariana asked, "what the...., oh never mind but whats going on?" She walked over to her friend and the Professor before tucking Gat back in to the bed. "I don't know what happen but I want answers. I've never seen him like this" said Ariana taking a sit in one of the near by chairs. She watched Gats slow breathing before looking at Professor Archer waiting for an answer before looking back at Gat. "do you know why he yell that at you?" she asked after a few minutes of silence. She had a look of worry on her face before she shook her head slightly and sighed.

Hearing no response, he felt only the clenching of his robes, drawing his upper torso closer to the bed. His eyes widening significantly in shock and alarm, he attempted to free himself; his struggling stopped, however, when the boy began to speak. Yell, rather. Confused and angry, he was not able to free himself until the hold on his robes slackened, Gat’s hand falling back to the bed. Clenching his jaw, he withdrew his wand. After the conversation he had shared with D’rorah, he was rather angry with himself for having let his guard down around the Slytherin, despite the circumstances.
Aware of another presence, his eyes remained locked on Soldier, unable and unwilling to look away. Despite seeming to be unconscious, he kept his guard up even as the newest entrant spoke. About to answer her question as best as he was able, given his own lack of information, he was stopped short as she continued. His eyes observing her actions, he didn’t take kindly to her tone, especially due to what he’d just endured. “Miss Angevin, I do believe I’m the professor here. If you want answers, you will not demand them from me, you will ask your friend,” he replied curtly, his eyes narrowing slightly. It seemed the worst of him was being brought out at this school, and he didn’t much like it, despite the obvious necessity.
“I have no idea as to why Mister Soldier just yelled at me, but he seems to have mistaken me for someone else,” he added tersely, his eyes still on Gat. Unsure as to what to do, he knew that he could not just leave the boy as he was. Leaving for but a moment, he went to retrieve the nurse, who promptly began fussing over the boy. Muttering to her, he retold all that he had seen and knew. At this, he decided that taking his leave might be prudent, and began toward the doors.

Ariana listened to Professor Archer as she sat in the chair before he walked out to get the nurse. Ariana wispier though it went unheard, "I didn't mean for it sound rude, I'm just worried and wondering see as I'm the other person in that prearranged marriage" She felt a few tears fall from her eyes from the worry she was feeling before rubbing them away with the back of her left hand. He came back with the nurse before he begin to whisper to the nurse. Ariana didn't hear what he said or what the nurse said if they said anything. Ariana wasn't listen anymore, lost in her own thoughts about what she heard when she walked in. 'who was this person he wanted dead and why did he ask him to ask prearranged marriage that their parents had planned but it never fell through' Ariana thought before rubbing her temples with her hands then looking at Gat.
((Hope the nurse doesn't mind this but if you do let me know okay))
The Nurse looked up at the female student who was sitting in a chair near by looking at the boy she was working. "I'm guess your a friend of his then young lady?" she asked calmly still working. Ariana looked over at her and said, "um yeah sort of I guess you could say that" Ariana wanted to reach out and take hold of Gats hand but knew she would only get in the way. "He'll be a wake in a couple of hour if you want to come back then" said the Nurse looking up at the girl. "um no, I think I'll wait until he's awake I have a few question for him, if you don't mind me being here?" Said Ariana. "I don't think I will have a problem just as long as your quite and keep out of the way" replied the Nurse before taking another looking at the boy then walking over to where the curtain hung down from and closing it around the two students from prying eyes.
Ariana sigh before pulling the chair right up next to the bed. She took hold of his hand and held it in both of hers. His hands were wrapped and felt ruff compared to Ariana baby soft hands. Ariana watched Gat chest rise and fall from his even breathing. She kissing the knuckles of his right hand to show him some comfort and hoping to let him know that he was safe for the time being.
((WOOT REALLY LONG POST LOL))
