So I think we should have the HAND banner logo on the front and each individual signature logo on the back with perhaps a quote from that character above it.

Here's my entries =] So, I'm going to go ahead and apologize for the horrible quality of my pictures . . . I don't know how to work my scanner and my parents have stolen my camera, so i was reduced to using theirs. which sucks. I'll try to have replacement pictures up soon, and I probably should have waited, but I was just too excited! ((Just found out I can't get any better pictures from my own camera . . . So I'll work on my scanner as soon as I have free time, for now you can use your imagination and pretend it's all perfectly black and white ;] )) And so, here's my spiel about my designs: I believe in choices, therefore I am submitting all of my designs as a whole, with the intent that if a member chooses to buy a shirt, they are not reduced to a single option, but multiple, for we are not all the same. 1. My first design was based mainly on the Shadow Wars, the main plot of our beloved HAND. On the front of each style are the various Chinese symbols representing (in order) Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, and Metal. On the back, I have taken my own feelings on the site, a quote from our synopsis, and the actual name of the site to form a motto of sorts. It reads: It's more than just a game. Where will your loyalties lie? Hogwarts: A New Dawn I have included a fitted design and a more traditional T. Fitted FrontFitted Backand My VisionTraditional FrontTraditional Backand My Vision2. And now I realize that there is more to this site to the Shadow Wars and that firstly it is a Harry Potter role play, so I've made some more generic designs. The fitted is more abstract, and where it doesn't actually say the name of the site on it, I felt it represented it well. The more traditional shaped t-shirt includes "Hogwarts: A New Dawn" on the front. Fitted Frontand My VisionTraditional FrontTraditional Backand My VisionLastly, I want everyone to know that personally I like simplicity in my shirts and that's why I chose not to add color or much detail to my designs. If anyone has any critiques, feel free to PM me. Let me know if you have a better idea for fonts--I don't know much about typography. And also let me know if the Chinese symbols are incorrect--google isn't always the best source. And one last thing-- Please don't copy me, I spent a lot of time on these and they really mean a lot to me. I don't mind if you use mine for inspiration, but copy cats are no fun =P

*Folds his arms and cocks an eyebrow* Why is metal last? I'm just kidding, it looks great. Sign me up for one of the fitted ones.

Okay, I've got three different designs which could all be used as fronts and backs, so you can mix. All of them are based around the Shadow Wars, since that's what's so defining and unique about this site as opposed to all the other roleplays out there. Yin YangFirst is the simplest - just a hand drawn yin yang sign with the name of the site written on. It can be done with or without the smaller circles shown in this. Obviously, the roots of the Shadow Wars and the balance that is supposed to be held between light and dark. Swirls & logoNext is just a swirling design, with a strand coming off for each of the elements, with colours sorta corresponding. Inside is a logo made up of images for all of the elements again, all interconnected by streaks of light. There's darkness in the centre, and light surrounding it - a bit like the balance they're trying to fight for. Detailed orbThe last is the most complicated and detailed design. It's got the five elements, again connected by the lightning, and in the centre is part of the HAND banner, the bit which I think best depicts the lightfighters. The lightning streaks coming off the different elements are supposed to represent all the lightfighters who aren't EMs or SWs, and shows how they're all linked by the "common cause". Faded in the background is another yin yang sign, and the whole thing is spherised to look like an orb - again, relating back to the Shadow Wars. Chinese-like text in the corner isn't the whole name, but we all know what it stands for. All designs, on t-shirtsMetal is most definitely the awkwardest element to work with. No easy image, no easy colour... *rolls eyes* If anyone has any better ideas for the image for metal, please let me know. Same for if anyone can think of any way to improve them. And like Susan said, please don't steal. Apart from the t-shirt template and the HAND banner, all of this is completely created by me, whether hand drawn or photoshopped. If you want to use part of the images, please just ask.

Originally, I didn't plan on submitting anything, but last night I got an idea so I brought it to life today after a quick sketch last night.
I still have the layered version of this saved [and it's also a large file, I resized it by 50% twice to get it at the above size]. So I can make any changes necessary... -shrugs-
The idea of it was just be simple and have each of the elements represented. The dagger is Metal, with a Fire reflection in the blade, it's stuck in the Earth and a puddle of Water, and a breeze is swirled around it. Fire and Wind were the most difficult, Wind as to how to represent it [or make it visible] and Fire how to place it within the image and make sense. I chose in the blade because fire, or heat, helps to shape metal. The bottom text was just to place the title of the site and have the Elements listed below. The top text, I didn't plan on adding but I felt the image needed something, so chose that text to illustrate the plot a little more, I guess...
As to how this would be placed on a shirt? I don't know. I didn't give that much thought. It could be just a small spot in the breast part, a large front logo ... I don't know, what ever works best, I imagine...
