Name: “I am Silren Elloriel Chalis but you may call me Silren.”
Age: “Age is a small factor for everything and a prying topic. However, if you insist, I am fifteen.”
Sex: “If you cannot guess by my appearance than I would suggest having your eyes examined.”
Nationality: “I was born in the land some would call England.”
Speech: “I am able to speak that which I have spoken. I am also knowledgeable enough in the romance languages to carry conversations and outmaneuver most. In addition, I have studied Latin.”
Blood: “Interrogative are we?... Hmph. I am pure.”
Father: “My father would be named Josiah Martek Chalis, a gentle and kind man who constantly finds himself falling under the strong whims of his wife; however, he does not mind.”
Mother: “Ah, you inquire about my mother as well. Well, she is known as Elloriel Sphell Winchestler, a clever and devious woman who has trained herself to perfection in the arts of manipulation. Most everyone believes that it is some natural reason or her looks that have gifted her with what she has. Only the sharpest minds see through her mask… as such is mine.”
Siblings: “None, however, I once called Taisy Paradox my sister. Now leave the subject.”
Other Family: “How far must you press?”
Family Interactions: “I suppose this subject is simple enough to enlighten one such as yourself. I have always been an obedient child. Of course anyone with intelligence would reason that the most expedient way to achieve what you want is to obey whoever has control over it. If my parents have nothing I desire then what reason do I have to maintain a dull conversation with them? There are certain situations that must be upheld or maintained that force my presence but most of the time I control my own direction.”
Height: “One hundred seventy two centimeters. Are we finished?”
Weight: “I suppose it would not hurt; sixty kilograms.”
Hair: “Natural dark brown with added highlights for perfection.”
Eyes: “I guess some people are colorblind. They are hazel.”
Skin Color: “This is ridiculous. Must you ask the obvious?... Light tan.”
Clothing style: “Clothing is a remarkable topic; how one can display traits of themselves or qualities without any other form of interaction. However, I have a feeling that you are only interested in what I prefer to wear. Very well. If I am able, I choose to wear flowing, split skirts embroidered around the bottom with a matching shirt, of course. High-heel shoes are a must. I also prefer to wear an over-sweater. If it is a formal event I am always in some sort of evening gown, nothing less.”
Accessories: “Tasteful jewelry and natural makeup only. However, certain situations call for more flamboyant additions.”
Other: “I don’t think there is anything to add onto your list of specifics…”
Paragraph Format: “How would I describe myself? Hmm… Well, I would say I am a girl of average height and weight but fit. Thankfully I have been blessed with my mother’s curves. My skin is a creamy, light tan which helps accent my dark brown, highlighted hair that falls down over my shoulders in soft waves. I do not have the overly full lips but rather a perfect balance if I may say so. The hazel color of my eyes further accents the earthly tones of the rest of my body. I must say though, I think my forehead is too… spacious.
“Some people might say I am preppy or posh but that does not bother me. I enjoy wearing stylish, name-brand clothing. It sets me apart; especially from most muggles. Every once in a while I will get a quirk up my sleeve and decide to dress something outrageous; though it usually tends towards the gothic side. I do love that period.”
Personality: “Some would say I am a royal brat but they are mistaken; I am not royal, merely pureblood. Others have called me a sleeper but those fools have all been jealous-streaked imbeciles. For clarification now that it has been mentioned, I am most definitely not a sleeper. There is only one man who will ever have me and one man alone.
“Now, where was I? Ah, well, I am quite well mannered thanks to my mother. I regretted it then, but I am thankful now, for my classes in etiquette. I like to think of myself as a lady; which I have noticed is rare these days. My only downside is my sharp tongue; it tends to get the best of me most of the time. I don’t mind taking risks especially if they are for something entertaining or thrilling. If I see something I want I go for it. Why should I fear obstacles? All obstacles can be overcome one way or another; which has given me my fair share of problems. Though in the end, I usually find it is worth it.
“As far as other people are concerned, intelligent people are intriguing and unintelligent people are a waste of space, time, and money. Though still I try to respect them; it’s just that sometimes it gets a little difficult. As you know, authority figures are always to be respected in my opinion. I don’t see a reason to disrespect them.”
“It seems that you must know absolutely everything. Well…”
History: "I was born to my parents in the town of Scarborough. However, they were quickly unwelcome there for a reason never revealed to me. Within a matter of a few years my parents found a new, suitable place to live; the Lake District. I honestly remember nothing of Scarborough. However, the Lake District always seemed a quaint if boring place. It was pretty but held no entertaining fashions; at least not compared to what I’ve seen now.
"Now that I think about it, there were a few exciting moments in the Lake District; aside from Kerridon. Mmm…. Yes, well um… We’ll leave him out for the moment.
"I was homeschooled which gave me more than enough time to get in trouble. One of these events was with a group of girls who enjoyed calling themselves witches. Of course, they knew nothing of the world as did I at the time, well, all except for one; a girl named Taisy. My parents had wisely taught me many spells by the time I was seven. I had joined the girls in hopes that they could teach me things my parents were withholding but it was to no avail; except for Taisy they knew nothing; though they still had their uses.
"Knowing that Taisy had a similar talent to my own I was intrigued. At first I merely wished to steal her knowledge but her personality was charming to a manner and I found that I actually liked the girl. She was the first person near my age I respected; not only for her personality but for her ability. Taisy showed me a few spells I did not know including… darker forms of magic. Dark magic was always more fascinating.
"About a year later, at about nine, I was wandering around a nearby forested area while reading when I heard a boy practicing spells. I recognized a few of the spells. As I watched the wondrous boy practice, while I remained out of sight, I was entranced… he was so cute! Ahem, well, he definitely knew spells I didn’t on top of the fact that he was the only person outside of my family that I understood to have the same talent. So I sat down and watched, studying him, until he took a break. At which point, I... um… casually embarrassed him with a hello. I never truly understood why but he immediately ran off.
"Shortly afterwards I was practicing in the forest with Taisy, while she read some book, and I mentioned the boy Kerridon. It was then that I found out that they were siblings. For some reason I guess I was just attracted to the members of the family. During that same moment I found out that my occurrences with waking up floating in my bed were not restricted there. I was unaware of it but Taisy pointed out that when I mentioned Kerridon I began floating a few centimeters above the ground. From then on I practiced controlling my flight whenever I could outside the sight of anyone but Taisy.
"Kerridon being homeschooled as well as myself gave me plenty of time to get his attention but he always seemed to elude me or not pay much attention. I never could place why. Someday he will be mine though.
"I never understood why a women appeared to me one day during practice but she offered everything I thought I wanted including being close to Kerridon. I later discovered her name, or rather her call sign, was Dark Phoenix. She offered training, knowledge, power, and most importantly she promised that by helping her, Kerridon would finally notice me.
"Dark Phoenix requested that I go to Beauxbatons to gather information and learn a few things from the school. During my stay at Beauxbatons I enhanced my skills at stealth and etiquette. I also completed my task in less than two years. After the completion Dark Phoenix sent me to Durmstrang where I quickly gained a sharp tongue. Due to an unfortunate ‘accident’ where I killed another girl I was removed from Durmstrang only on ground of suspicion. Their spoken reason for my removal was my lack of self control. Ironic, wouldn’t you say?
"Now Dark Phoenix has chosen to send me to Hogwarts instead of sending me back to Beauxbatons where they have the worst lemon sherbet and fizzing whizbees by the way. I have a task to perform at Hogwarts. The thrilling part however is that Kerridon is there! So I will finally be back with him… There could not possibly be anything better…"
