Here is where we'd like for you to post any plot ideas that are related to the Shadow Wars. This is where you can gain approval from the Admin staff if you have a certain thing in mind, but aren't sure if it would be acceptable for the main plot. If you want to introduce your character a certain way, post the idea here. If you have a good sub-plot that's related, post here! Let us know your ideas! GET CREATIVE! Also, you can make suggestions on where you'd like to see the plot go, concerning its characters, involvement in general, any explosive events that you would like to happen, deaths, betrayal, etc etc etc. once again, GET CREATIVE!!!!

I can't think of anyone specific to take the job, but I think the Order of Light should have one Leader. Right now it is kind of led by five people, right? What if they disagree? It just seems like kind of a loose coalition to me. I think there should be one leader who is the counterpart of the Shadow Mage. Kind of like the Voldy/Dumbledore thing, ya know? Maybe...I dunno, the Light Mage or Light Master? Just an idea.

I like that idea. Someone who maybe has control over all the elements? An Avatar type figure? Everyone needs a leader, or a figurehead at least to rally behind in almost every case. Something like this would add a bit more drama to the whole equation as well. Not necessarily who becomes this figure (I think that should probably be an OOC vote among the current leaders and then another one to choose a new leader who will take the place of the one who became the Avatar), but how well they take to the role, what other think of him/her in the role, others who maybe think they're better suited to the role and are a little grumpy about it, possible defections, ect...
On a slightly more personal note, Zayne is new to the whole war thing. I was wondering if a member of Light could maybe help introduce him to it and work him in somehow. I'm still a little confused about the whole thing and I could use someone to kind of RP it out with. Any takers?

With everyone who's replied to want to be a part of the Order, Dee and I have been trying to begin posting with them to sort of have them get close enough that we would reveal the information; that's why Dylan is currently with you on the Quidditch Pitch We'll keep going with that and maybe develop something further so that Dyl might talk to him about it, sound good?

I had my character find the ROR; since her father graduated from Hogwarts, I had him tell her about it. So if anyone wants to snatch up Katherine for the Order and explain things, they can catch her there! Or in several other places, from the Quidditch Pitch to the Ravenclaw Common Room . . . ;D

How could Michael get involved in the Shadow War? Everyone in his family expected his sister (who is 8 right now) are muggles. I want Mike to become a lightfighter. Of course he is too young to fight right now. But I want some guys to "steer" him into this direction, then Mike, as a firstie, don´t know just right now that he entered a world in war. So who can help?? I´ve got a lack of idea now

Unfortunately, we can't have someone who has control of all the elements. Part of the history of the Shadow Wars is that Ying (the creator of the Elements of light, more or less), divided the powers because he believed that there was power in unity. Whereas Yang (the creator of the Elements of darkness, more or less), placed all of his power with the Shadow Mage because he believed that having to rely on others was a weakness. As Dylan said though, please start making threads with Lightfighters to get involved. I'm limiting my number of threads right now, due to my limited free time, but I'll reserve the next thread I open for someone from this board, just PM me. First come, first served.

I wasn't thinking someone who had control of all the Elements. I had two possible ideas:
(1) Someone who has control over the Element of Light. Naturally, this person would lead the Order of Light.
OR
(2) Someone who is just a regular wizard, but is an adult who is very wise and leads the Order. After all, the Elemental Masters are all students, right?
Those were just my ideas. Not someone who's uber powerful, like the Avatar, just someone who is wise and a natural Leader.

Hrmmmm, well number 1) wouldn't work out too well because that would defeat the purpose of having the elemental masters. As it was explained to me by the masterful creator of this storyline, Ms. D'rorah Philosophy, all of the elemental masters and shadow warriors combine their powers and efforts into one, to make light. It is with all of them working together which creates the Elemental Light which drives away the darkness. To my understanding, at least.
2) you'd have to run that by Dee. She's technically the leader of the Order of Light, since she has had the most training/experience with the subject.

Wait wait wait. Back that Elemental bus up a few feet. The Elemental Masters are the 'leaders?' 'Fraid not. Zee pretty much does whatever Keaira says (or more accurately, Keaira has never asked anything of Zee that he hasn't wanted to give), and Dee is pretty much the undisputed leader. Bryan and Kai are still figuring out what's going on. Zee doesn't command a whole lot of respect among (some of) the Lightfighters. Darko is, put simply, insane. Dylan still seems kinda withdrawn (though I haven't read all his latest). For the most part I'd say the Lightfighters are in the hands of the Shadow Warriors. Though I had wanted Zee to start taking a more active role . . . Maybe organize some training sessions for the EMs or something since he seems to have the most combat experience with his element.

I don't think it was saying the Elemental Masters are the "leaders" but rather if there was a leader of the Light, with all the power, the purpose of the Elemental Masters (and Shadow Warriors) would be irrelevant. As the Person-Who-Has-All-The-Light-Power would technically have all the power so why would the original Yin guy break the light up into elements that have to combine together to create light kind of thing? Hence breaking the Light into five elements would be kind of useless if there was still someone who had it all, as it undermines the concept that one person having all the power is a bad thing as power corrupts.
If I'm understanding correctly.
(And Bryan and Zane have a thread coming up, since Zane said he'd get in contact with Bryan so he might starting training one EM )

'Right now it is kind of led by five people, right?'
That's where I got the "EMs are leaders" thing from. Now it's possible he meant the SWs, but I'm pretty sure he meant EMs. Can't wait for our training. Zee will finally have an EM ally. And it's about time we had a Hufflepuff EM. One who is equally ignorant about Zee and thus ripe for corruption. Er, training. Heh heh.

Yeesh, I go away for a week and come back to find plans to corrupt my EM... I've already had one sadistic EM, I don't want another one thank you very much.
