Gat was walking out of the castle, heading for the forest under the cover of night fall. Gat would glance around every few seconds to see that he was not being followed. He had to find out about that dream. He started to run with enthusiasm. It was a moonless night which was the perfect cover for his dragon form. He started to transform under the cover of the trees to half the full size and he sped full throttle to the place where he had dreamed he was. Dragon instincts were coming over him. He had to hunt, to kill. It was very difficult to keep them at bay but he managed it.

Wysteria was always mad at herself when she lost things, especially when those things were homework assignments. While in her dorm, she realized as she packed up for the next school day that her Charms essay was missing. Since the paper was rather lengthy and had taken a good amount of time to write, she frantically searched for it everywhere she could think of. but soon after turning her dorm and bags inside-out, she remembered that she had gone to the lake earlier that day...and had scattered her belongings in a fairly wide radius under a tree. It could possible still be there, and she wasn't about to wait until morning for some nosy student to find it and copy it.
Running out on the grounds, Wysteria quickly flicked her eyes to a glowing blue and scanned the area for her parchment, thinking perhaps it had fallen on the ground out of her bag. Not seeing it, she headed for the lake area. In her vampiric form, she felt something was above her. Looking up, she saw a dragon flying in the sky.
"What on earth..." she said to herself, momentarily forgetting all about the essay.

Gat saw a humanoid figure standing on the ground with his keen dragon eyes. He flew faster and faster trying not to be followed as he needed to find what his dream had meant. He did not think he was spotted on a moonless night such as this. Even so he could not risk it as no one knew. Gat, looking behind him, slammed into a tree. He immediatly fell on to a place which was marked with the sign of the earth element. The problem was, he was a dragon no longer and he was unconcious at the foot of the tree. Even in his dreamlike state, he could feel the dementors, closing in on him. He had to wake but couldn't. I his mind he pictured tthhe earth lifting to form a cave and he didn't know it but it happened. He seemed to fall down while the dementors followed.

Alessandro tore through the hallways as quickly and as quietly as he could. He was really worried about Wysteria being out there by herself. He wondered if she had done what D'rorah had suggested about meditation to center herself and bring her happy thoughts up to par so she could produce a corporeal patronus. He rounded the corner quickly to the courtyard entrance and barreled through the doors. He dashed over a well manicured bed of flowers to get onto the grounds approaching the lake. He couldn't see her anywhere.
"Dammit!" He hissed to himself as he continued to run toward the lake. Where did she go!? He thought wildly as he neared the waters edge trying his best to see in the dark. He eyed the Forbidden Forest warily and quickly brandished his wand in case the need arises.
"Wysteria!" He rasped trying to find her. "Wysteria, where are you!" He called out a little louder this time.

Wysteria spotted her parchment on the ground a few meters away and ran to grab it, tearing her eyes away from the sky. When she looked back up, the dragon was gone. Frowning slightly, she continued her way back to the castle. But as she walked, the hairs on the back of her neck stood up slightly... an early warning sign of danger that she was able to detect because she was still partly in her vampiic form. Turning around to the forest, she noticed several dementors gathering around something. Squinting her eyes and forcing them to become their full illuminous blue, she could see through the trees that a person was on the forest floor, unconcious.
A small inward gasp went to her lungs as she took in the scene. Just then, she heard someone's voice calling for her. It almost sounded like...
"Alessandro..." she said quietly to herself. She turned to the direction of the voice and could see him coming towards her. Quickly, she shut her eyes and took a deep breath, allowing them to return to her normal green before calling out to him.
"Alessandro!" she called, walking briskly to him, "there's someone...someone is in the forest. Right there where the dementors are circling," she said, pointing to the disturbance.

He heard her voice cut through the darkness, yet he still had trouble seeing her. He saw a dark figure come toward him and finally recognized it to be Wysteria. He let out a sigh of relief which was too soon for Wysteria had just informed him that someone was lying unconscious in the forest a couple yards away with dementors swarming around.
"No!" He cried. "We gotta do something!" He cried holding his wand out in front of him. Without a second thought, he cried out: "Lumos Maxima!" and a brilliant flash of light emitted from the tip of his wand, quickly illuminating everything in the nearby vicinity. As he steadied the stronger version of the lumos spell, he took off toward the direction Wysteria had pointed, with her close behind.

Gat could not move. He felt that he was binded but he could not get up. The cave swallowed him up and he was in a room with walls of pure rock, except for the way he came through. In his dream like state. He could hear voices. He wanted to call out to them but he could not. He was beginning to stir. His eyes opened half way and he could see the dementors with his half open eyes. He could feel their power as he experienced his parents death over and over. He could smell the stale breath of the enemies advancing. Though he could do nothing.

Wysteria was on Alessandro's heels as they sped toward Gat lying on the ground, the dementors swarming around him. She could feel the cold pangs of dread as the dementor's presence invaded her senses. A mere whisp was not good enough to fend off the dementors, and with so many they would need a corporeal form. She hoped that Alessandro had enough power within him to get rid of the bloody things before they caused any more damage. As they approached Gat's limp body, the dementors began to float arund Alessandro and herself, their rattling breath served as a warning to them both...there was no turning back now.
Taking a deep breath and grasping onto Jeffrey's smile, Wyst cried out, "Expecto Patronum!"
A stream of silver came forth, blocking one of the dementors that was coming towards them. But a few seconds later the silver line died, and Wyst only hoped Alessandro was conjuring up his happy memory to get the dementors away from all of them.

Gat could hear others behind him. He could hear the shout of a girl. He could not let her fight his battles. He slowly got up. "EXPECTO PATRONUM." He shouted, thinking of his family. A bright silver dragon burst out of his wand and attacked the dementors enclosing him. The dementors flew away, fast, faster then he'd ever seen them do before. Not that he had seen them much before. He looked at Wysteria. Seeing the surprised way she looked at him he wondered how he had gotten up so fast. That did not matter now. There was a metal casing slightly bigger then the orb he already had beside him. He tried to lift it and he could not. It was stuck. 'I need to find the elemental master of metal to help me.' He thought to himself. His dream was right. his orb was here but encased as he had been. He turned to Wysteria once more. "Shall we leave?" Gat waited for her response.

As they drew nearer to the concentration of dementors, Alessandro's wand tip began to flicker as feelings of despair and darkness filled him. The light went out at the end and he felt the blackness descend upon him. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Wysteria brandish her wand and cry out the incantation. As the silvery stream erupted from her wand, he felt happy for her and soon he returned to his normal state. The boy lying on the ground seemed to have stirred and then stood up and conjured his own patronus, which was a dragon, and then the dementors fled the scene.
The boy had displayed a rather adept skill in producing a patronus. He wondered how long it took him to get to his current skill level. I don't remember him practicing with us in the Room of Requirement... He thought quickly. He eyed the boy. He looked to be around his age, Slytherin. He wondered whether or not he would get along with this one. He had a rather unfortunate experience with a trio of Slytherin boys during his third year, where he wound up in detention for being discovered having them upside down by their ankles at wand point. He decided to question him on his well produced patronus.
"You can work a full patronus??" Alessandro asked with his eyes narrowed, forgetting about introductions for the time being.

Gat was startled by this question. He hadn't even seen the boy there. Was his dragon senses failing him? He did not know. This boy could not even tell Gat his name, so he saw no reason to answer his question. Instead he said,
"We should really go, now." He also didn't bother with introductions. He just wanted to get out of there. He did not know if he had enough strength to repel the dementors again.

Feeling a bit annoyed that the boy he had risked his life to save, had ignored him, he let it go for the time being and agreed with him and found it a wise decision to get out of the forest and back within the safety of the school. He nodded to the boy and turned to Wysteria.
"Yeah, he's right, lets go." Alessandro said feeling a shiver run through his entire body. He was standing in the dark forest with two classmates. They were in grave danger if they didn't get out of there soon. Taking the initiative, he swished his wand in the air and cried out: "Expecto Patronum!" producing his flaming stallion out of a swirly jet of silvery light.
"Lets hurry too..." He urged his peers. He directed his stallion to guide the way back out of the forest.

As he tried to walk, his strength left him. He seemed to collapse in front of them. His eyes rolled into the back of his head. He could not move a muscle. He felt like he had just been petrified by something. He tried once more to get up but nothing happened. A petrification is the only thing that could make that happen. But who cast it. He had no idea. He strained every muscle to move but nothing would work. He wondered if they had noticed or if they would keep going.

Wysteria heard someone fall behind her. Turning around, she saw that Gat had fallen to the ground as if someone had petrified him. Her brow furrowed, confused and wondering who--or what--might have caused this to happen. She walked over to him quickly, wondering what to do to get him back to the castle. If she could just get him moving again, since performing a locomotor charm would make them all move slower since they would have to navigate Gat's body. Perhaps a Finite Incantatem would do the trick?
She raised her wand and cried, "Finite Incantatem!" at Gat's immobile body. She waited, ready to run in case the spell had worked and Gat was able to walk, and run, again.

Alessandro had heard something behind him, causing him to stop abruptly. His happiness was waning like the moon in the sky, he could see his patronus a couple feet away starting to lose its brilliance. He turned around to find that the boy had fallen down and appeared to be petrified. Wysteria had performed the finite incantatem charm in hopes to revive him. Maybe he was stupefied? He thought as he eyed the body.
His eyes darted back to his patronus, stationed in the same spot, it was digging at the ground with its hooves, tossing its seemingly fiery mane. Oh god... He thought as he felt the happiness run out. His patronus vanished in a small burst of illumination. He stood there in the dark, feeling the cold breath of death descending upon them.
