D'rorah bustled in, her eyes narrowing slightly in annoyment to see two students already waiting and Cage not even bothering to take notice. "For pity's sake, Mister Cage," she said, her voice scolding, "you cannot simply allow a customer to wait in front of the counter... and allowing two to do so together is simply sloppy salesmanship. Mister Kade mentioned that he thought you might require some assistance."
She strode to the counter quickly and snatched the papers from his hand briskly, examining them quickly before turning a calculated smile upon Sinsu and Zane each. Normally she wasn't one to smile, but even she was a good enough actress to make customers feel valued when the need arose.
"Well then, Miss Kayme, Mister Duvall, if I may ask merely a few moment's more indulgence of each of you, I believe I can find something suitable." As she turned to head into the back room, she kept the smile on her face, knowing it was difficult enough to summon once and not wanting to have to coax her facial muscles into adopting the expression again if she could help it.
There could be heard from the back room the faintest rustle of shifting boxes as D'rorah quickly and quietly located the wands she had in mind. Finally, she returned with two long, thin boxes in hand, placing them both on the counter and removing the lids.
"Now then, Miss Kayme, this particular wand is made of 12 1/4 Oak, so it should be quite sturdy. The core is of Gytrash Fur... it is not a particularly flashy substance, but it is dependable and will continue to function for a time, even if the wand is damaged a bit. I do hope you will find it suitable. Perhaps you will find more success with this wand than you did with its predecessors."
Turning from Sinsu, she next addressed Zane. "And Mister Duvall, this wand is of 13 inch Alder wood with a core of Dragon Heartstring. It should prove quite sturdy," as she spoke, she noted the Gryffindor emblem on his robes and was not surprised that a Gryffindor would be suited to a core of Dragon Heartstring.
"You both seem to have a come at a good time. The wands are compliments of the house today," she added, her voice deceptively cheerful.

She took her new wand from Dee slowly and carefully. She then stared at it for a moment. Her eyes were wide as she looked at it. After a few minutes of this she said softly.
"...Gytrash Fur..."
She tilted her head and stared at Dee with one eye. Then she asked carefully.
"...It was taken...humainly right?...I mean...The Gytrash wasn't killed....right?..."
Her voice sounded a little more serious than she normally was. It was apparent what she was concerned aobut. As she waited for her reply she turned to Zane just then realizing it was someone she knew. She hadn't been paying attention due to the fact she had up till that moment been in a major depression.
"Oh! Hi Zane!"

Zane took his wand great fully, he knew that dragon heartstring was a fairly powerful core type and was pleased with the wood choice. He quickly placed the wand back into his robes for safe keeping. "Thank you, seems good for me"
He turned and then her heard for the girl he had not noticed before "oh, Hi Zane!" He looked at the girl and gave her a quick smile as he immediately recognized her.
"Hey Sinsu, You needed a new wand too I see? I really like the type they gave me, should really help me in class. What about you?"

Sinsu smiled at him glad he had remembered her. She had known him for a few years now but she always asumed people were like her. Her forgetfulness was quite scary sometimes. She only paid attention to things that interested her. Though she had noticed his wand and knew it would be good for him. She had noticed before that his previous wand wasn't exactly what he needed.
"Ya, I lost mine again."
She sighed having been reminded of why she was there. She was still waiting to make sure the core was taken humainly. She really hoped it was because she kinda liked the wand and wasn't sure what she would do if it wasn't. She really hated pointless harming of animals.

D'rorah, who was herself a vegetarian, could fully understand Sinsu's question. "Of course, the elements from the wand are harvested in a way which causes no harm to the Gytrash. The process is similar to the shearing of a sheep, actually." She gave a reassuring smile, "The fur is sheared... not too closely, mind you, and then is combed, carded, and woven into a small band which is then used for the core." She rather hoped that this answer would be acceptable to Sinsu, knowing that this wand was a perfect fit for the needs she had indicated.
She had watched Zane pocket his wand and finally shifted her attention to him. She had watched the two banter and noticed that they seemed to be in the same house. Watching them talk, she felt a twinge of nostalgia for her old school. She hadn't really had any friends to miss, but there was a certain comfort that had gone along with seeing the same familiar faces for nearly six years. Her mind briefly skittered along memories of Falstaff's as she waited for the other two students to finish their socializing so she could turn her attention to straightening up the mess in the back room. Her fingers were practically itching to create order in the chaos she had encountered while searching for Sinsu's and Zane's wands.
"So then, Miss Kayme, Mister Duvall, is there anything else I may assist either of you with today?" she added, rather hoping to move them along so she could begin straightening things before any other customers arrived.

Sinsu turned back having forgotten of Dee. Cursed herself for being forgetful she frantically appologized to Dee. Her short term memory was terrible and she hated it. Finally she said.
"Sorry to have bugged you. Thanks for the wand. It good. We'll get out of your hair now."
Turning to Zane she grabed his hand and started to pull him toward the door. Not thinking it odd in the least bit. Finally as she opened the door and the bell rang again. She asked Zane.
"Want to go get some icecream? I really want some right now."
She smiled not waiting for his response she drug him out of the store and down the street. She was suddenly happy and no longer cared about her usulessness when it came to magic.

Zane smiled, "Your a little forgetful aren't you? I think you forgot to come to charms last week!" Zane laughed a little bit looking to the cute girl he stood next to in the quiet shop. "Maybe that was just by accident of course. I sometimes want to skip that class too..." He gave her a little smirk, while trying to make her not notice him staring at her. He looked down at the floor for a moment before looking back at her. He had never been this shy to anyone before.
Zane got dragged out by the hand...something he was not expecting, "I guess."

D'rorah watched as the pair headed out, seeing Zane's almost flirtatious smirk to Sinsu. It brought to mind her father's repeated admotions that men were nothing but trouble and a waste of time. She smiled briefly as she recalled her reply, But abba, you are a man, she had quipped. Yes, there had been moments in D'rorah's life when she had engaged in dry, witty banter... but now it seemed as though those remarks all came through with a bit more sting than others could easily laugh off. It brought to mind the Arithmancy professor who had visited her in the hospital afterwards to bring her assignments and later proctor her exams. The woman, Professor Zinnia, had attempted to comfort D'rorah and reassure her that things would eventually be alright... that one day she would wake up and feel normal again. D'rorah had drowned her in a stream of words so harsh that the poor woman had nearly fled from the room in tears. She had merely intended to engage in a bit of banter, but had obviously strayed to far into the hurtful parts of the truth for the recipient to share in the jokes.
As the door finished closing behind Sinsu and Zane, the ringing of the shop bell ripped her from the brief reverie. Her eyes suddenly losing the small spark which had previously inhabited them, she turned to head into the storeroom to begin straightening boxes, somewhat grateful that the tedious work would occupy her mind enough to provide her with a few precious moments of peace.

Wysteria walked into Ollivander's shop a bit more tried than she would have wanted. She had been shopping all day in Diagon Alley for various things, and as usual the sun had begun to zap her energy after a couple hours. She noticed that not only was Ollivander not running the shop, but a girl she had seen in the garden a few days before was manning the store. She didn't really want to tell her how her wand was broken in half and she needed a new one. Giving her a small nodd of recognition, she silently handed the girl a slip of paper which read:
Name: Wysteria Edwin Preferred wan length: 12 inches Use: Very gifted in Charms an Transfiguration, however may need something for strong defensive spells (particularly against vampires).
She felt uncomfortable that a student was going to see her specific requests for a wand, so she tried to cover her awkwardness with chatter.
"You know, I believe I saw you in the garden the other day. I'm Wysteria, and I think you are Drorah. I'm sorry I didn't respond to you, I was thoroughly engaged in a book at the time." She said it all quickly, hoping it would make her seem less strange and more normal. She was afraid, however, that it bordered on shrill and slightly crazy.

Having hustled in from the back of the shop when she heard the bell on the door ring, D'rorah returned the nod of acknowledgment from the girl approaching her. The memory of having met her in the Garden the day she had gone out for her run flickered briefly in her mind as she read over the paper. She looked up when Wysteria began to speak.
"Yes, I quite understand," she replied. "I have a tendency to become quite involved in my reading as well," her words seemed almost absent and she did not look up from the paper as she answered, searching her memory for a wand that would suit these needs. "Yes, yes, D'rorah Philosophy, a pleasure to meet you, Miss Edwin," she added, almost as an afterthought. Finally, she looked up, "Excuse me for one moment," she remarked with a polite smile, "I believe I know of something suitable."
Without waiting for a reply, she turned and disappeared into the stockroom from whence she had come and began the tedious process of locating the wand she had in mind. It was so annoying when Cage and Kade ran the shop, as they never seemed to keep things as organized as she would like.
Finally, she emerged, blowing a film of dust from the box in her hand as she re-entered the main part of the store. "Here we are Miss Edwin. I believe this should suit you perfectly. It is twelve inch yew with a core of demiguise hair. This wand is excellent for transfiguration and defensive spells. Particularly," she pointed to a tiny thread of silver inlay that curled around the handle of the wand, tracing a faint pattern of ivy, "the silver adds a bit of extra protection from vampires."
She spoke very practically and did not bother with questions about why Wysteria would need protection of vampires. D'rorah was more aware than most that sometimes secrets were simply meant to be secrets and did not wish to create any further awkwardness by bombarding the other girl nosy questions. She could already see that she was a bit uncomfortable, though she was uncertain as to why. Instead, she held the wand out for inspection.

Wysteria examined the wand, the beautiful silver thread and the slender feel of it. This would be perfect, and Drorah hadn't flinched when she read the paper. She was greatful she hadn't gotten a strange look or eyebrow raise, and was even more grateful that when she grasped the wand she felt a much stronger surge of power than from her first wand.
"Thank you," she said, looking back up at Drorah, "this will be perfect. Glad to have met you, by the way" She reached into a small purple handbag and pulled out a few coins to pay her. Placing the box into one of her smaller bags she was clutching from her shopping spree, she waved politely goodbye to Dee. As she walked towards the door, she could not help but have a small smile on her face. She had been worried about getting a wand that was a specifically suited to her needs and Dee had provided her with one.

D'rorah had watched Wysteria's reaction to the new wand and could see that she was pleased. She smiled politely, pleased to have done her job well. As Wysteria offered coins to pay for the wand, she pushed them back into Wysteria's hand. "Thank you Miss Edwin, but the wands are courtesy of our establishment today. A rather fortuitous turn of events, is it not?" she added. She tried to recall the day she had initially met Wysteria in her mind, but could remember little other than her own throbbing ankle and aching muscles... followed by Sinsu's offered bandages.
She followed Wysteria with her eyes as she made her way through the door. "Yes, it was a pleasure to meet you as well," she replied as Wysteria waved to her. She noted the slight smile on her face with a small measure of satisfaction and nearly smiled herself. Unfortunately, she had inherited her father's expressionless manner, so it manifested only as the slightest upward twitch at the corners of her lips.
She watch as Wysteria stepped out into the street before setting to work in the front room of the store, determined to finish the cleaning that had only barely begun and intent still on creating a bit of order from the jumbled chaos of the stock of wands. Silently, she set to work.

Slowly, cautiously, Aiden walked into Ollivander's looking around to make sure that this was in fact the right place. He shifted his bag nervously as he stepped up to the counter. He noticed a young lady cleaning and figured that she would be over to help him soon. He looked about the store as he entered, taking in the smell and look of the dimly lit building. He noticed the way the wands were stacked, the mismatched yet somehow organized arrangement. He shifted his bag nervously as he past by the girl. He didn't know why, but buying things, for him, was always a nerve wracking experience.
He arrived at the counter and set his bag up on the counter. He opened it and started shuffling through the pieces of paper looking for his wand information. He had written it all out before hand to save time. Or at least, that was the goal. After a couple moments, he sighed with relief as he pulled out the sheet of paper with his information on it. It read:
Name: Aiden Christian Preferred Wand Length: 11 3/4" Uses: I need a wand that is light, easy to carry but still very durable. It will be used primarily for fast, strong, defensive spells. It must be reliable in a pinch. I am a researcher of defensive magic, and am very skilled in such, so a wand designed to do so would be greatly appreciated.
Aiden laid the paper on the counter and leaned against the counter relaxing from his hard day of shopping.

Seeing a customer enter, D'rorah set aside the boxes she had been reorganizing and straightened. She noticed that he seemed rather nervous for some reason, though she could not fathom why. Her observation was confirmed when he let forth a noticeable sigh of relief after locating his parchment and placing it on the counter top.
She went behind the counter and retrieved the piece of parchment, offering a quiet, "Good afternoon," to the young man before she began reading. When she reached the last sentence, her eyebrow arched inquisitively. Her own interests lay in researching the Dark Arts and defensive magic, so she found his request quite intriguing. She also knew she had exactly the thing and knew exactly where to find it.
"Yes, Mister Christian, I have just the wand for you," she remarked before re-emerging from behind the counter and selecting a box situated on a high shelf. Though it was high up, it was thankfully the only box on the shelf and relatively easy to retrieve. Brandishing her own wand, she muttered an accio and watched as the desired box flew into her outstretched hand.
She turned back to face him as she carefully removed the lid from the box. "Here we are, Mister Christian. It is 11 3/4 inch Rowan wood with a core of Ashwinder Ash. I do not know if you are familiar with Rowan wood, but it is particularly adept with defensive spells and should prove to be fairly light. This should be very dependable for casting defensive spells," she remarked as she held the box out for him.
She paused only a moment before finally allowing her curiosity to have its voice. "I am quite curious. What defensive research are you interested in, particularly? I ask because I have an interest in that area as well." As she spoke, her grey eyes almost shone with curiosity and her gaze was assessing. Often, she found those who boasted proficiency with defensive spells were merely conceited braggarts. She wondered whether this young man would be one of those who proved to be a disappointment.

Aiden, in an almost startled manner, pushed himself from the counter. He smiled at the girl as she took the paper. He could feel the excitement and anticipation welling inside of him. His mind started to wander as he thought about his new wand and also of the unbeleavably large ammount of wands here.
Aiden cocked his head and looked for the girl as she called from behind the shelves. "Oh Do you?" he called to her with a smile.
As she emerged he could feel his heart skipping beats. He had been looking for a good wand since his last was now dust in a jar above his bed at home. As D'rorah lifted the lid, his eyes lit up. ROWAN WOOD! he thought before she had said anything.
The excitement was overwhelming as he reached for the wand. He always loved the feeling of a new wand, espcially one with such power. He looked up at D'rorah saying, "I love it."
As he held the wand, he could feel the connection building. There were small flutters in his hand as he held it, he could tell that this was the wand for him. It was light in his hand, perfect for quick casting. And the Rowan wood, He knew that it was very durable. Lost in thought, he could bearly hear D'rorah's question. "Well," He said looking over at her. "You name it, and I have propbably studdied it. I deal mostly with dueling magic and also with particularly nasty forms of magic, such as horcruxes." He said looking now at his wand. Wishing to try out his wand, he flicked it saying, "Orchideous" and producing a colorful boquet of flowers from his wand. With a smile he turned back to D'rorah.
"So... do you study any form of Dark Magic?"
